We deeply understand the importance of these elements working in harmony. With balance and enthusiasm, we support a future where sustainable farms thrive, benefiting their custodians, the environment, and all the lives they sustain.

What our clients say

“Chantal carried out surveying, research, application submission and negotiation work in order for us to achieve a Higher Level Stewardship agreement and various Forestry Grants. Chantal’s enthusiasm and hard work ensured that we achieved agreements that met the scheme regulations and our farming requirements and practices. Chantal’s knowledge of the grant systems was second to none and we are extremely grateful for all her help over the last couple of years.”

“Chantal has worked for the Estate on a number of projects in the past two and a half years and the service we have received has been first class. Chantal has an in depth knowledge of the countryside and environmental issues that are an essential part of modern day agriculture today; her advice in these areas has been of great benefit to the running of the Estate.”

Boddington Estates Ltd,
Gloucestershire

“It was a pleasure to work with Chantal Brown during a key transition for farming at Althorp. We moved 2,000 acres to organic and regenerative practices, rethinking how to work in harmony with the land and ensure long-term financial viability. This challenging project had tight deadlines, but Chantal helped us deliver something extraordinary, securing guaranteed income for the estate. I highly recommend Chantal for any project.

We are fortunate, we continue to learn on every farm visit and are welcomed back year, after year. Clients soon become friends.

  • Our adaptable approach makes us the ideal advisors to guide you on your endeavours.  We have a broad knowledge base and experience that we offer to you. We aspire to understand all aspects of your business and land to enable us to tailor our advice to each unique setting.

  • As independent advisors with an in depth understanding of regulations, we are able to provide comprehensive and confidential advice to protect your farm business. Professionalism is at the heart of what we do.

  • Our diverse team consists of self employed individuals, all brilliant in their specialist area. This enables us to be highly competitive in our prices and to gather an entirely relevant and specialist team on each individual project.

Our ethics are rooted in seeing beyond fields—we see people, communities, and the environment thriving together. With balance and integrity, we champion sustainable farming that nurtures both the land and the lives it supports.

Our founder

Chantal Brown

Chantal has worked as an independent farm consultant since 2011, prior to that she worked for FWAG. A career that started by falling in love at a young age with a farm called ‘Gorrie Downs’ in North Canterbury, New Zealand. Chantal still spends time in New Zealand, but her base is now her own micro farm in Exmoor, with her husband Jon, two very busy young boys, a collection of fur and feathered friends, and a community food growing project.
