With experience as a farm grant assessor for Natural England, as well as involvement in the DEFRA Countryside Stewardship schemes design in the policy team, Beyond Fields is well-equipped to offer services ranging from review, scoping and application of Countryside Stewardship agreements.

These grants support conservation of biodiversity, archaeology and historic buildings, resource protection (soil, water, air), rare breed conservation, on farm education, integrated pest control, reduced input farming, organics.

Habitat surveys (including soil surveys) and management plans for soil, hedgerows, wetlands, woodlands, grassland, ponds.

Private market funding, including Biodiversity Net Gain surveys, valuations, advice and management plans to secure private funding.

Farm economics and business planning, including succession planning.

Organic conversion.

Farm diversification and direct selling advice, including specialist branding and marketing support to make your new enterprise thrive.

Drone mapping. Useful for quick and cost effective surveys and assessing change on a site, eg- impact of erosion (natural and man-made), monitoring successional vegetation and regeneration in re-wildling schemes.
