Fiona Yarrow, supports Beyond Field farmers with a range of land agent services including BPS ‘run off’ queries, all aspects of rural property consultancy and management of rural property (residential, commercial and agricultural) to include but not limited to landlord and tenant advice.

is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Having graduated from the Royal Agricultural University, she worked for both an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Land Agents and for a national firm of Property Consultants before founding Swinhay Yarrow in 2020.

Fiona is a professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a RICS Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. Fiona has been Secretary & Treasurer of the Gloucestershire & District Agricultural Valuers’ Association since 2014 having previously held the position of Chair.
